Mission Statement

Compass Film Academy is an ecumenical Christian film school aiming to develop a generation of technically accomplished, aesthetically motivated, and religiously faithful filmmakers who will proclaim in their Art that “in Christ the world is redeemed”; filmmakers who will create works of Goodness, Truth, and Beauty that shed light upon the path and destiny of humanity, which ultimately is Christ.

By cultivating filmmakers of faith, insight, talent, and skill, Compass is launching a cultural renewal in the face of ever greater secularization and despair, thus providing a measure of light and hope to the world.
