Eric Machiela

Eric Machiela and Eric Johnson are among Compass’s most talented and experienced alumni. In addition, Machiela graduated as valedictorian of his class at Full Sail, an intensive media school in Orlando.

“The Erics” have been working together since 2002 as Gorilla Pictures, producing documentaries and short films, including The Body of Anna Williams and the award-winning War Prayer. Their travels have taken them to six continents. In 2005, the Erics shot Camp Manna while apprenticing Compass students.
